TRSD New Student Information – All Schools

Your Next Step AFTER COMPLETING ONLINE REGISTRATION:

Your student’s registration is not complete until you submit the required documentation, detailed below. Please call your school registrar to make the required screening appointment, in order to complete your student’s registration.

In addition to the information you provide online, the Timberlane Regional School District requires the following documents be on file in order to complete your student’s enrollment.

  • Birth Certificate – Original with raised seal
  • Proof of Residency – One of the following: Purchase & sales agreement, mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement and one recent utility bill, two recent and separate utility bills, property deed, or property tax bill
  • Proof of Immunizations
  • Proof of Physical Exam – within one month of enrollment date if not provided at time of enrollment
  • Custody/Guardianship legal documentation, if applicable

 

Kindergarten/ Children who are 5 years of age by September 30, 2018:

In order to be eligible for Kindergarten, students must have been born between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013.

 

Grade 1 / Children who are 6 years of age by September 30, 2018, Compulsory Education Requirement: 

Per RSA 193:1, any child born before October 1, 2012 shall attend school full time.

 

Screening Dates:  Registered students will be invited to participate in initial screening during the month of May.

PowerSchool Parent Portal Account Setup

Parent Portal Single Sign-On is a feature the Timberlane Regional School District is providing to parents, which enables you to setup your own Username and Password, and manage your own personal Parent Portal account preferences. If you have more than one child enrolled in the school district, you will be able to view each child’s information without the need for having multiple accounts. The Parent Portal provides access for parents to view Grades and Attendance, contact teachers by email, set up Email Notifications, view Report Cards and Teacher Comments, etc. for their students. If you have not previously set up Parent Portal access and would like to, please contact your school for your student access information and instructions.

Instructions to Complete a Registration for another Student

This process must be completed for each child attending the Timberlane Regional School District. If you received Power Registration Instructions via mail, please click the link below and follow the directions to begin another Registration. If you received Power Registration instructions via email, you will receive an email link for each child separately. Please access the registration info for your additional students via the email link provided for each student.
